Our latest achievement in Little C! The striking new development, Little Coolhaven, comprises 15 harmonious residential and commercial towers, forming its own distinctive ‘village’ with an authentic industrial charm. For this delightful couple, we managed every aspect of the project: from design and execution to coordination and final delivery, including the selection and delivery of furniture and accessories.
The design concept stemmed from the couple’s existing art and object collection. Photographs of their paintings guided us, inspiring the color scheme and overall aesthetic of the final design. Their home now embodies their personalities, offering a warm and inviting retreat within the dynamic ambiance of Little C.
Throughout the space, walls are painted with a blend of Farrow & Ball’s All White, Salon Drab, and Duck Green. In the bedroom, a delightful fusion of yellow tones and clear lacquered oak creates a serene atmosphere, with a custom slatted wall behind the bed adding visual interest and accentuating the room’s height. For the hallway, we opted for a sleek black steel pivot door with smoked safety glass.
To offer diverse seating options, the Domino sofa by Montis was selected for the expansive living room. The sofa, with its multifaceted views, seamlessly complements the open layout. A Van Besouw rug from the 2611 collection adds to the ambience. The steel elements in the living room strike a harmonious balance with the warm American walnut finish of the TV cabinet.
Continuing the green color palette, the recessed desk with matching bookshelves and the open kitchen at the heart of the room exude a cohesive aesthetic. The adjacent dining area features a stunning wallpaper by Asteré Rhythm (Noir de Golzinne), complemented by dining chairs from Arco and two pendant lamps from Foscarini.
The carefully curated combination of shades throughout the apartment establishes a strong foundation, allowing personal items to shine and adding to the overall warmth of the home.
