1924 Family Mansion

For the owners of this charming townhouse in Leiden, we designed and coordinated the renovation of their dream estate. They wanted a warm, family-friendly home that respected the original 1924 architecture. Though the house had inherent charm, it needed a complete modernisation. The interior was dark and divided into many small rooms.

By installing new windows and opening up the spaces, we made the house much brighter and more spacious. We connected the kitchen with the living and dining area, and on the first floor, we reconfigured the layout to include two bathrooms. We preserved the original details to maintain the house’s charm, while incorporating all modern technical amenities.
