St. Job Warehouse

In the Lloydkwartier in Rotterdam, we moved this family a few doors down. The monumental St. Job warehouse now forms a warm home where spaces seamlessly flow into each other. This enhances the spaciousness, honors the authentic feel of the warehouse, and maximizes the views of the city and the Maas River—it’s as Rotterdam as it gets. DOEN was responsible for the entire design of this project and also managed the final finishing touches for the residents.
