Fenixlofts: Our fourth endeavor in this exceptional complex! Collaborating with two innovative and entrepreneurial clients, we’ve crafted a distinctive space within Fenix 1. Positioned on the South and East sides of the complex, the apartment offers captivating views of Katendrecht and the Maashaven, complemented by its enclosed terrace. Our involvement in this project extended to overseeing the design, styling, and execution process.
The residence boasts a unique open layout across the entire living floor, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The loft ambiance is accentuated by the sandblasted concrete ceiling and ample natural light streaming in through the expansive windows. To preserve the sense of openness, clear sightlines along the facade were maintained.
Crafted with precision, bespoke elements in the home exude a sleek and contemporary aesthetic. The kitchen island spans the width of the home, incorporating an integrated oak dining table. Completing the ensemble are four white DAR chairs by Eames, creating a cohesive look. This design theme extends to the central table arrangement, where a blend of black finishes and wooden accents evokes an industrial yet inviting feel.
Throughout the apartment, furnishings such as the UP 50 armchair by B&B Italia and the Floating Divan by WDSTCK are artfully integrated, allowing for seamless movement within the space. In the bathroom, tranquility reigns supreme, with a palette of natural tones and warm materials creating a serene oasis.
The essence of this home lies in its harmonious blend of tranquility, space, and personality—a rugged yet inviting sanctuary for its residents.
