Tranquil Colours

On the Mathenesserlaan in Rotterdam, we brought to life a warm and luxurious design for our clients, overseeing both the interior design and the project’s complete execution. The home is furnished with a carefully curated selection of our brands.

Within this spacious home, we predominantly used neutral tones to establish a soft foundation, resulting in an inviting and cozy atmosphere.

The use of a neutral color palette allows shapes and materials within the home to stand out elegantly. For instance, the texture of the Flexform sofa and the Move Slow rug from Frankly create a harmonious ensemble. The seamless doors with brass handles serve as another detail.

In contrast, the bedroom features a striking focal point: the Shoji Blossom wallpaper by Moooi. Beyond its captivating design, the wallpaper also serves as soundproofing, enhancing the couple’s sleep quality. Complementing this is the Moooi’s Tinkering ceiling lamp. The adjacent walk-in closet and study area maintain a serene ambiance, complemented by a soft runner from B.I.C. carpets.

The kitchen showcases a floating countertop crafted from emperador dark marble, emphasizing the home’s elongated layout. The remaining wall cabinets are finished in high-gloss white to seamlessly integrate with the walls.

Overall, the house exudes warmth and tranquility, providing a welcoming sanctuary to return to.
