Modern Design with Bold Accents

Our second project in the prestigious CasaNova building in the centre of Rotterdam.

Along the historic Wijnhaven, between the bustling Markthal and the flowing Maas river, lies CasaNova: one of the new high-rise icons adorning the skyline of the Maritime District, connecting the Markthal to the banks of the Maas. It’s a luxurious residential tower featuring 116 apartements for sale.

For a returning client, we had the pleasure of designing their new city centre apartment. Building on the client’s style we already knew, we collaborated to realize their new home. The design, characterized by a palette of sleek black and muted grays, is highlighted by vibrant mustard accents and luxurious blues, providing a bold yet harmonious contrast.

The flow between spaces allows for effortless movement, while the strategically placed storage solutions ensure that everything has its place, maintaining the home’s clean and uncluttered look.
